Улаанбаатар хотод өдөрт дунджаар хөдөө орон нутгийн дугаартай 16-19 мянган тээврийн хэрэгсэл замын хөдөлгөөнд оролцдог бол баяр ёслолын үеэр 38 мянга болж өсдөг байна. Үүнтэй холбоотойгоор Улаанбаатар хотод зорчих тээврийн хэрэгслийн тоог бууруулах зорилгоор НИТХ-ын 2024 оны хоёрдугаар сарын 8-ны өдрийн тогтоолоор авто зам ашигласны төлбөрийн хэмжээг шинэчлэн баталсан.
Тодруулбал, уг тогтоолд орон нутгийн тээврийн хэрэгсэл нийслэлд 48 цаг буюу хоёр өдөр зорчвол 1000 төгрөг төлнө. Харин 48 цагаас дээш хугацаанд зорчвол хоног тутамд буюу 24 цаг тутамд 5000 төгрөг төлөхөөр шийдвэрлэсэн юм. Уг тогтоол энэ сарын 1-нээс хэрэгжиж эхэллээ.
Энэ талаар НЗХГ-ын Захиргаа, санхүүгийн хэлтсийн ахлах мэргэжилтэн Ө.Төрбат “Улаанбаатар хот руу нэвтрэх долоон товчоо буюу Эмээлт, Баруун түрүүн, Налайх, Түргэн, Аргүнт, Морингийн даваа, Хоолтын даваагаар нэвтэрч буй орон нутгийн дугаартай тээврийн хэрэгслээс хураамж авна. Ингэхдээ, цахимаар төлбөр авахаар зохицуулсан. “Smart car” аппликейшнээр нэхэмжлэлийг илгээнэ. Тухайн орон нутгийн дугаар бүхий автомашинтай иргэн нийслэл рүү нэвтэрснээс хойш 48 цагийн дотор буцаж гарсан үед хураамж авахгүй. Дээр заасан хугацаанаас дээш хоног байсан тохиолдол хоног тутамд 5000 төгрөгийн нэхэмжлэх үүснэ” гэлээ.
Дээрх төлбөрийг Нийслэлийн замын санд төвлөрүүлэх бөгөөд зам засвар, арчлалтад зарцуулах юм. Орон нутгийн дугаартай тээврийн хэрэгсэлд хяналт тавьж, тухайн тээврийн хэрэгслийн зам ашигласны төлбөрийг нэмэгдүүлснээр өдөр тутам замын хөдөлгөөнд оролцох тээврийн хэрэгслийн тоо таван хувь хүртэл буурах боломжтойг холбогдох албаныхан тодотгож байна.
